Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Adams® 100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 bananas
  • Lemon juice
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Chopped peanuts

Directions

  • Step 1

    STIR together peanut butter and honey in a small bowl. Blend in mayonnaise or salad dressing.

  • Step 2

    SLICE bananas. Dip in lemon juice. Arrange on lettuce leaves on salad plates. Spoon peanut butter mixture over top. Sprinkle with peanuts.
