No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1 cup turbinado sugar
- OR 1 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 3/4 cup Adams® 100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- Step 1
LINE baking sheet with wax paper. Heat sugar, butter and milk in large saucepan over medium heat until butter is melted. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

STIR in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Stir in oats to coat. Scoop tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Let cool completely.
